SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We offer free worldwide shipping and returns as part of our white glove service. *Note that any additional expenses such as custom charges or local taxes, will be are paid by the client (countries outside the European Union).

You can expect your order to arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on which country you live. If you have special shipping requirements, overnight or express shipping needs please contact our customer care experts via email at customer@silvialago.com or fill our contact form below. 

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you will love everything you order from Silvia Lago. However, if you’d like to make a return or exchange, we are pleased to accept new, unworn and unaltered merchandise with its original packaging and dust bag. All returns must be authorized by our customer care team and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Prior to shipping, please contact customer care via email customer@silvialago.com or fill our contact form below for a return authorization number. Once a return authorization number is provided, use your return shipping label provided in the original package to return the merchandise free of charge.

Failure to contact customer care and/or returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you.

Note that purchase of sale items are final sale and can only be returned for store credit. All custom charges and local taxes are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that there are no refunds for custom charges and local taxes. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5–7 business days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@silvialago.com or fill the contact form below.

How is the fitting of the Lagos?

We use Spanish sizing. In general the width is generous and the length is slightly longer. 

Do Lago shoes enlarge with use?

Our shoes enlarge with use to adapt to your feet, but only in width, never in length. The leather is soft and does naturally crease to improve fit. 

I have narrow feet

To make sure your feet stays in place you should always opt for models that hold on in the instep with a strap or shoelaces.

I have delicate feet

Our shoes are made with very soft leathers that will adapt to your feet and our lasts are quite generous. However, we recommend you to choose styles which are plain in the bunion area, without overlaps, straps, or ornaments and avoid very high heels. 

I have one foot smaller

That's pretty common. Avoid pumps or shoes that do not hold on the instep. You can add a 1 or 2 mm half insole (whatever thickness you need) inside the shoe of your smaller foot until it feels right.
