These shoes are everything I wanted for my wedding shoes. My wedding may be a little under a year away but one I saw these I knew they were it! They are also very comfortable

I purchased these shoes for my wedding in September, they are utterly gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. They were perfect on the day and perfect to wear again and again.

Never do you ever get a good “chat” customer service experience and I could NOT have had more immediate and personal customer service. I fell in love with these shoes but my wedding was in NYC in 1.5 weeks… I thought there was no way I’d be able to get them when they claim a 6-8 week lead time - I tried my luck and reached out to customer service and someone responded IMMEDIATELY that they would be able to rush the shoes in time for my special day. They confirmed with me the order and assured me I could get a refund if they didn’t arrive in time. They arrived just in time and were absolutely as perfect as they looked on the site. The color, the make, and comfortable to boot (a little toe pinch but what can you do for perfect pointy shoes - still was able to wear them ALL day on the first wear (wedding day)) - couldn’t have better things to say. Worth every penny - PLUS I will ACTUALLY WEAR THEM IN REAL LIFE which to me is both so special and priceless. If you need a rush job just reach out - service was so kind. Bravo and thank you for such a beautiful pair of shoes I’ll cherish forever

Wonderful shoes. Although they took a bit longer than expected this is perfectly understandable when one considers the size of the company. Silvia was charm personified and ensured I got my shoes when I needed them. Next time will buy a custom pair. Thank you

Delivery time was very slow. But once I got in contact with them it was quickly sent out. I say there was an error. But the product was amazing. I have ordered more since.

I bought these for my wedding and really love them. The packaging is beautiful as well as the scent from the box.
One of the shoes are slightly too big, but an insert will help with that.

Beautiful and comfortable! I don't wear heels much anymore so I was nervous about spending the entire day in my beautiful shoes. I worried for nothing! Both pairs of shoes I ordered were so comfortable. I will be ordering another pair!!❤️
